Refund policy

Returns
You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, your item must be unused and in its original packaging, and you will need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, email us at hello@linkyandlocky.com. We will send you the return address for your country. Items sent back without a return request cannot be accepted.

Return shipping
If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, and its cost is deducted from your refund. If the item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, we cover the return shipping.

Damages and issues
Please check your order when it arrives and contact us straight away if an item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, so that we can put it right.

Sale items
Items bought on sale can be returned within 14 days of delivery, on the same conditions.

Non-returnable items
Gift cards and personalised items cannot be returned.

Right to cancel in the UK and the EU
If you live in the United Kingdom or the European Union, you can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Return the items unused and in their original packaging. We refund the price of the items and the standard delivery cost; the cost of sending the items back is yours.

Refused parcels
If you refuse a parcel and it comes back to us, we treat it as a return: we refund the price of the items and the standard delivery cost, minus the cost of returning the parcel to us. Import charges are on us: if you paid any on delivery, we refund them in full (see our Shipping Policy).

Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different item is to return the one you have and, once the return is accepted, place a new order.

Refunds
We will email you once we have received and checked your return and let you know whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days, and your bank may take a few more days to show it. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, contact us at hello@linkyandlocky.com.
