Where we ship
We ship to most countries worldwide. If your country is available at checkout, we deliver there.

We keep stock in warehouses in the United Kingdom, Germany, the United States and China. Your order ships from the warehouse that serves your country.

Delivery times and costs
Delivery options and costs for your address, along with estimated delivery times where available, are shown at checkout before you pay. Free shipping promotions, when running, are shown on our site and applied automatically at checkout.

Order processing
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. As soon as your order leaves the warehouse, we send you a shipping confirmation email.

Tracking
When your order ships, we email you a tracking link wherever the carrier provides one.

Customs, duties and taxes
Orders to the United Kingdom and the United States ship from a warehouse inside that country. Orders to the European Union usually ship from our warehouse in Germany. Some designs are stocked only in the UK: if your EU order includes one of them, the whole order ships from the UK. Import duties and taxes are on us, wherever your order ships from. If a carrier asks you to pay import VAT, duty or a handling fee on delivery, pay it and email the receipt with your order number to hello@linkyandlocky.com: we refund the full amount within 10 business days.

Refused parcels
Please don't refuse a parcel because of import charges: we refund them as described above. A refused parcel comes back to us and is treated as a return under our Refund Policy.

Shipping address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake after ordering, email us straight away and we'll do our best to update it before the order ships.

Lost, delayed or damaged parcels
If your parcel hasn't arrived within the estimated time, or arrives damaged, email us at hello@linkyandlocky.com with your order number. We'll check with the carrier and make it right.

Returns
You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. See our Refund Policy for details.

Corporate orders
Corporate and bulk orders ship under our Corporate Terms of Sale.
